Finora is a private personal finance application. This policy explains how Finora processes information when its authorized users use the service.

Information Finora processes

Finora may process financial information provided by its users, including transactions, account information, balances, budgets, bills, receipts, payslips, statements, and related financial records.

Google Sheets

Finora uses Google Sheets as a structured financial database. Finora accesses the spreadsheets required to provide its personal-finance features.

Google Drive

When document-storage features are enabled, Finora may use Google Drive to store financial documents such as receipts, bills, payslips, and other user-provided records.

Finora is intended to request only the Google permissions needed for its features and is not intended to browse unrelated files in a user's Google Drive.

How information is used

Information is used to provide Finora features such as financial tracking, transaction processing, budgeting, document processing, reports, account monitoring, and related personal-finance functions.

Artificial intelligence processing

Some Finora features may use artificial intelligence services to interpret user-provided information or financial documents. Only information required for the requested processing should be provided to those services.

Storage

Structured financial information is primarily stored in Google Sheets. Original financial documents may be stored in Google Drive. Finora's application server is intended primarily for processing and temporary operational data rather than permanent document storage.

Data sharing and sale

Finora is a private personal system. Personal financial information is not sold for advertising or marketing purposes.

Security

The private Finora financial dashboard is protected by authentication. Application credentials and secrets are not exposed through this public information site.

User control

Users retain control of information stored in their own Google Sheets and Google Drive. Google permissions granted to Finora can also be revoked through the user's Google Account settings.
